1. サービス概要 1. Service Overview

サービス名：SonoToki Podcast Service Name: SonoToki Podcast

本サービスは、ポッドキャスト配信およびソーシャルメディア連携機能（TikTok投稿機能を含む）を提供するサービスです。ユーザーは本サービスを通じて、ポッドキャストエピソードの視聴、ソーシャルメディアへのコンテンツ投稿、およびその他の関連機能を利用することができます。 This service provides podcast distribution and social media integration features (including TikTok posting functionality). Users can listen to podcast episodes, post content to social media platforms, and utilize other related features through this service.

2. 利用条件 2. Terms of Use

本サービスをご利用いただくには、本規約に同意していただく必要があります。本サービスの利用を開始した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。 By using this service, you must agree to these terms. When you start using the service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

TikTokアカウントとの連携機能をご利用の場合は、TikTokの利用規約およびコミュニティガイドラインも遵守する必要があります。第三者サービスとの連携においては、各サービスの規約が適用されます。 When linking your TikTok account, you must also comply with TikTok\'s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. For integrations with third-party services, the terms of each service apply.

3. ユーザーの責任 3. User Responsibilities

ユーザーは、本サービスを通じて投稿・配信するすべてのコンテンツに対して、自らが責任を負うものとします。 Users are responsible for all content they post or distribute through this service.

投稿するコンテンツが第三者の権利を侵害しないこと Ensuring posted content does not infringe on third-party rights

アカウント情報およびパスワードの適切な管理 Proper management of account information and passwords

不正アクセスの防止および異常な活動の即時報告 Prevention of unauthorized access and immediate reporting of suspicious activity

連携した外部サービスのアカウント管理 Management of linked external service accounts

4. 禁止事項 4. Prohibited Activities

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用において以下の行為を行ってはなりません： Users must not engage in the following activities when using this service:

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為 Activities that violate laws or public order and morals

違法なコンテンツ、わいせつなコンテンツ、暴力的なコンテンツの投稿 Posting illegal, obscene, or violent content

他者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、プライバシー権などを侵害する行為 Infringement of others\' copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or privacy rights

虚偽の情報を掲載する行為 Posting false information

本サービスまたは第三者のシステムへの不正アクセス、ハッキング行為 Unauthorized access or hacking of this service or third-party systems

サービスの運営を妨害する行為 Activities that interfere with service operations

他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷行為 Harassment or defamation of other users

5. 知的財産権 5. Intellectual Property Rights

本サービス上で配信されるポッドキャストコンテンツ、画像、テキスト、ロゴ、デザイン等の知的財産権は、SonoTokiまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。 Intellectual property rights for podcast content, images, text, logos, designs, and other materials distributed on this service belong to SonoToki or their rightful owners.

ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツの著作権はユーザー自身に帰属しますが、本サービスを通じた配信・表示のために必要な範囲で、SonoTokiに非独占的な使用権を許諾するものとします。SonoTokiのブランド名、ロゴ、商標の無断使用は禁止されています。 Copyright for user-posted content remains with the user, but users grant SonoToki a non-exclusive license to use such content to the extent necessary for distribution and display through the service. Unauthorized use of SonoToki\'s brand name, logo, and trademarks is prohibited.

6. 免責事項 6. Disclaimer

SonoTokiは、以下の事項について免責されるものとします： SonoToki is not liable for the following:

システムメンテナンス、障害、通信環境などによるサービスの中断・停止 Service interruptions or suspensions due to system maintenance, failures, or communication environments

第三者サービス（TikTok、YouTube、Instagram、Twitter等）の仕様変更・サービス停止による影響 Impact from specification changes or service suspensions of third-party services (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

ユーザーのコンテンツが第三者の権利を侵害した場合のトラブル Disputes arising from user content infringing on third-party rights

ユーザー間のトラブル Disputes between users

データの消失または破損 Data loss or corruption

ただし、SonoTokiの故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。 However, this does not apply in cases of intentional or gross negligence by SonoToki.

7. サービスの変更・停止 7. Service Modifications and Suspension

SonoTokiは、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、追加、または停止することができます。ただし、重大な変更の場合は、可能な限り事前に通知するよう努めます。 SonoToki may modify, add to, or suspend the service without prior notice to users. However, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for significant changes.

8. 規約の変更 8. Changes to Terms

SonoTokiは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内またはメールで通知いたします。変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただく場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。 SonoToki may change these terms as necessary. Revised terms will take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify users through the service or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. アカウントの停止・削除 9. Account Suspension and Deletion

SonoTokiは、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または違反のおそれがあると判断した場合、事前の通知なくユーザーアカウントを一時停止または削除することができます。 SonoToki may suspend or delete user accounts without prior notice if users violate these terms or if there is a risk of violation.

10. 準拠法および管轄裁判所 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約の解釈および適用については、日本法に準拠するものとします。 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with this service.
